I've been a long-time customer of Central City Physiotherapy and found their service to be friendly and supportive particularly with getting an appointment at short notice. Jen has been great with her advise and remedial actions on my various injuries over the years - she is very thorough with her prognosis and recently referred me to another medical profession to treat the cause of the pain. I highly recommend the physio based on their customer service and physiotherapist expertise.

Best physio experience I have had. The team are very human in their approach and understand the many impacts of an injury and are realistic about incorporating exercises into your recovery. I have seen good improvements so far with support from Nick. The front desk team are kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

All staff at Central City Physio are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! Allison at the front desk was amazing to deal with in scheduling or changing appointments to suit my schedule. Nick is a great therapist, and thanks to his efforts and support, I was able to uncover the extent of my injury and recover from it. His kindness and sense of humor made it a bit easier to handle the effects of not being able to work and being stuck at home for a long period of time. I recommend their services wholeheartedly!

Very happy with my treatment from Nick on my shoulder. Appointments were always on time, didn’t”t feel rushed and he was always well prepared for the session. Nick definitely knew his stuff and I”d certainly go back if I need treatment for another injury.

I received great service from two different physio’s here, and the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. I had to postpone my appointment a couple of times and they were super understanding and helpful. Great location on Lambton Quay to pop out during my lunch break. Would recommend!

Amazing experience at Central City Physio. The team are lovely, Jen is the best physio I have seen, and you can tell that the whole team know their stuff and work together to support each other. They even have a little gym to use to do your exercises outside of appointments. Highly recommended.

This team have helped me make incredible progress on an old injury after I had been told that I had gone as far as I could. Super efficient. Super friendly and very professional! ( and I’ve seen more than my fair share of physios in Wellington).

Great clinic! The reception staff are so friendly and helpful and Cara is an amazing physio. I've seen her for a couple of strange injuries and she's always been very attentive and determined to get me well. Highly recommend!
