As a supermarket, it's very similar to any other New World. Slightly over priced for many things, and missing the variety in some ranges. However it's a nicer place to shop than most supermarkets and the staff are lovely. I must commend the beer and wine manager as the craft beer selection has gotten much, much better since he started.

Be careful here! The price on the shelf isn’t always what you will be charged. Three items in my last shop were charged more than the advertised shelf price. It may only be a few dollars but in these hard times every dollar counts!

The store is about as good as it gets ,great selection, quality throughout, at good prices ,a very good aspect is access to parking ,easy to enter and leave via motorways

Had an unfortunate incident with a rude staff member. An item was incorrectly priced, and I was scoffed at by the checkout supervisor when I brought this up. The item did not have a price on the shelf and the price displayed was for a different item with its label in the wrong area.

Lovely people working here. Everyone smiles and is friendly. Nice produce and great range. But man are New Worlds expensive in comparison to other supermarkets. Same stuff, but it easily costs $1 more on most items.
