when I called and ask if it was possible to get an emergency delivery the guy instead of just saying politely no he said: guess you are going to learn the hard way. which kind od customer service is this one? definitely poor

Island Water provided excellent customer service this Summer when we were very close to running out of water. They communicated very quickly and we were able to get an emergency delivery. Really appreciate the hard work this summer!

These guys have really kept us out of trouble this summer and have been particularly responsive and flexible when we’ve needed to change a delivery. I can only imagine how hard they have been working with the drought and hope they will get a chance to relax a bit when the rain eventually returns. Thanks Kyla and co.

I have used all the water companies on Waiheke and Island Water is the best. What sets them apart is their booking system allows you to book and pay with your credit card. Then they turn up when you booked. All so simple and efficient.

Kyla is a personable and highly efficient operations manager who meets the demand and challenges from customers to get the job done promptly. Provided completely conflicting information to landlord and former tenant within 3 hours of each other, breached confidentiality, then declined to own the unfortunate dispute they had just created - withdrawing their contract forPrepaid service.
