Marine detailing company is by far the best marine detailing company in Auckland. They work magic and the results are stunning. I’ve used them plenty of times and they are worth every dollar spent. Would highly recommend.

Got in touch with the team to work on my Rayglass 2500 which was in a bit of a sorry state. When I arrived to pick it up I was convinced that they'd swapped her in for a new model! Fantastic job from the gents on such short notice.

Very unprofessional workers waxing the hull of my boat, took way too many breaks which resulted in a longer work process, hence more expensive bill at the end. Overall very disappointing experience. Would not recommend them.

The team did a full exterior cut and polish on our Lagoon42 at Gulf Harbour and did an amazing job! Would 100% recommended.

WISH I NEVER MET THEMOver charged, over promised and under delivered.Easy part first.Over charged - two days and over $2,000 to wax the two sides of a 42’ 4-year old sailboat that is waxed semi-annually. I say two sides as they did not do the stern. Maybe all of their breaks during the day? Absolutely ridiculous.Over promised and under delivered.This was going to be a premium service from the outset and I was ok with that. The estimate included 4 types of very high end German polishing compounds, wax and cleaners. Cool.Day One - They didn’t use the cleaner, jumped to the rough polishing compound and went straight to wax. One the the two workers also said they weren’t going to polish a section 25cm above the water line. I called the owner and he apologized. They eventually did a great job on that side.Day Two - A near exact replica of day one. But this time one of the owners joined. For 30 minutes. He then left a guy alone who had been doing this work for less than a week. When another guy later joined, they again skipped from rough polish to wax. The owner apologized and said it was a communication issue on their end.I finally had enough and ended the job. Can’t say enough bad things for you to understand what a horrible and unnecessary experience this was for me.____UPDATEWish I could post the email exchanges. I was hoping after our direct conversation Day One, they would not deliver the same sub-par experience Day Two. No such luck. Then they offered to complete the job at additional cost? I would not say that’s addressing the issue.AND BLOCKING A REVIEW ON FACEBOOK? Another first.

Cut and polish of our Oliver 370 was completed very thoroughly and boat looks fantastic. Very happy with quality of work and Harry and the team were great to deal with, making sure we were happy that everything had been completed to our satisfaction.
