Best Customer Service I've Ever Experienced. I've bought twice and got minor repairs done probably 3 times. Each time they are friendly, fast, and while happy to show me all their products (like their amazing electric scooter that does all the work for you), they never try to upsell me or lean hard in that regard... even though I should eventually get something fancier than their most basic. The scooters themselves work great, and the only issue is the occasional hair ball that gets caught up in the wheels or a good grease needed now and then. It's so great to buy right from the source, helping a local business help me go car free.

Just bought a scooter for my son at this store. The friendly, competent, sales person took his time with me and we went through each model I considered in detail. All of my questions were expertly answered and after a few test rides I left with a model that I think will suit my son perfectly.Their scooters come with a two year warranty. Spare parts and a repair shop are on site.This has been a great experience and I can only recommend buying your scooter from here. A+
