Absolutely love it her, my daughter thrived. Amazing teachers, kids to amazing things and learn so much. Was so sad to leave due to moving areas.

The centre manager was not welcoming. I booked in for a viewing. Stood at reception and was ignored until I said something. I had to ask to be shown around. Even then, she just stood at the door entrance and said, Go have look around" and didn't explain anything. She just said she was busy and had to go back to reception. Pretty poor excuse given that standard procedures for showing the visiting parent around. I then laid a formal complaint

I had been spending fabulous 4 months at A&B as a student teacher. I have so many beautiful moments and learning experiene to recall in the coming days. Teachers at the centre take care of children so attentively with aroha. Whānau would like to have a seat and have a chat with teachers whenever they pick up or drop off their children. The activities are so genious and cater for the topics at the time. Props are always generously open to children to explore. Sad to leave Tauranga, otherwise I would try my luck to find a job here:(

I'm not sure what happened with the review below, but we visited today (not booked) and we were met at the door (the door is locked for safety). We were shown around and had all our questions answered. Friendly staff said hello, and talked with our 3 year old. The place felt calm and happy. If you're going for a visit, perhaps pick a Friday as they are a little less busy, thus you will get the kind of attention you need for an initial visit. I will update this review if we choose to send our 3 year old here. If you're gonna write a review, best to actually be someone using the business.Update: my daughter goes here now. She loves it and the staff are just gorgeous. I absolutely recommend this place. They do seem to be focused on keeping their numbers not too high though, which is great for us.

Awesome child care!

I booked an appointment to visit. When I arrived I stood in reception for a lengthy amount of time and was ignored. I then said excuse me?" Then the manager came and gave very minimal information. I then asked if we could go for a look around. She then passed me off on to a teacher saying thay she is busy and had to get back to her work. I have a 16 year old
