I have been receiving regular massage from Theo in build up to an event. The recovery from training sessions has improved dramatically allowing me less down time. The regular calf strains and hip pain I was getting has all gone. Thanks Theo not only for the great massage but for knowledge you share.

I had a fantastic 90 minute deep tissue massage last week off Matt, on my first visit to TMM. Matt was extremely skilled, professional, informative, and at the end of my session he had identified all those gnarly tension knots and I felt so much better. I would highly recommend TMM and will definitely be returning soon.

I had a great experience with my first treatment at Muscle Mechanics Wanaka. Theo was very personable and helped reveal extra tight spots I was not aware of while being thorough in explaining potential reasons. The setup is very comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend!

Would highly recommend both Matt and Theo, they really know their stuff and have a diverse range of skills. Have helped me on a few occasions when I've been a bit stuck with injury or stiffness and standard sports massage hasn't done enough. They've also been really great with pointers of things to do at home etc for assisting with recovery/rehab.

Easy booking on line. Had issues with shoulders and thigh muscles. Had the best massage ever,and have so much more freedom of movement and less pain . Only wish had found these guys earlier and had a few more sessions.
