Without a doubt the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Placed two separate orders for different goods (both of which were in stock" items). Both orders were delayed due to "we are combining the delivery of both orders". After 3 weeks the truck finally arrives

I have just called Kitchen Things North Shore about a problem with a Franke faucet. They coould not have been more helpful. When I called they had all the details of the products we have bought from them based on the phone number I was calling from. When the product did not come up under this number we located it under an alternative number. Invoice has been emailed so I can now make a warranty claim with Franke.

Got quotation by the sales person saying he is giving me best price for the product which I paid for . Next i get a call they saying they cant supply the product either take your money back or take display one coz Harvey Norman has the product now . So why the quotation and payments was taken and on top delivery was arranged very poor service by botany branch

Whats worse than the constant Smeg product issues is the unbelievably bad customer service from Kitchen Things. My advice is don''t buy Smeg and certainly don''t buy from Kitchen Things North Shore. They do not return calls or provide support when the products they sell fail.

Very knowledgeable staff, many different options to choose from so they don't push 1 brand. Good pricing but you have to time it right.Will shop here again for my nexted house

bought a product and was told it will arrive in a month. I contacted them after a month as they did not, and was told the date of arrival has changed without any notice or apology. Now it has been nearly 2 months and I still don't have a single notice on my purchase. Astonishingly poor after services!
