To niesamowite miejsce. To raj na ziemi. Przemiła właścicielka. Bardzo czyste i zadbane wszystkie pomieszczenia. Kuchnia wyposażona bardzo dobrze. Na zewnątrz wspaniały ogród pełen kwiatów. Polecam każdemu kto szuka spokoju i obcowania z naturą.

Really lovely spot run by a great couple. After just three nights here we felt so at home that it was difficult to leave. Mysterious, often mist covered valley that is just a few minutes drive from Opononi and the Hokianga Harbour. Also, nice driving distances to outstanding spots like Waipou Kauri forest, Rawene (where you can cross the harbour on a car ferry) and Ngawha hot pools.

Such a beautiful spot in the world, if you want to get away from it all. Fabulous hosts

I would give this six stars if I could! The”lodge” Is actually a guest house perched on the side of a mountain with the most spectacular view of the very nearby surrounding mountains and valley that I’ve ever seen. The only other structure for miles around is the owners’ house hidden from view down the hill. There is no light pollution and the area is a nature lover’s paradise, with an abundance of various birds, wild goats, glow worms on a stream bank behind the lodge, cattle dotting the pastures among the forest on the opposite side of the canyon, etc. The 2 bedroom house is well appointed, the owners attentive to every detail, providing a delicious continental breakfast complete with homemade and local products and they obviously want their guests to have a wonderful vacation. I could go on and on, but if I would live here for the rest of my life if my family weren’t so far away!
