Paradice Ice Skating Avondale
I recently visited Paradise Ice Skating Rink in Avondale with a group of friends and had a great time. The rink is well-maintained and the ice quality is good. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with rental skates and answering any questions we had.The rink itself is a decent size and was not too crowded, which made skating more enjoyable. They also have a good selection of music playing, which added to the atmosphere.

Ice rink is still maintained quite well. Skates are well used. Getting a sharp pair is a bit hit or miss. Cafe is a bit of a wait, so it's best to order before you get too hungry. Can get relatively crowded on the ice when there are large groups standing around.

Arrived today at 1pm and altered staff to the issue of no soap or toilet paper on bathroom. At 3pm, this was still not attended to and we complained again. For the price we pay to get I'm, this is not good enough. The staff seemed pretty annoyed when we tried to explain this

Ice of varying quality, they often don’t do an ice cut before public sessions.They also wouldn’t let me un-redeem my concession token after I walked in to a school group of around 50 young kids and left, knowing that I wouldn’t be able to skate safely and meaningfully work on my skills with that many kids on the ice. Bit disappointing after being a regular there for about three years.

It's rundown, needs attention to details like adequate seating to put on boots, lighting for those off ice areas, someone to help guide putting on boots and sweep up the food/rubbish on floors. Or collect up dumped boots so people don't trip over them, maybe shelving for those who can't afford to get a locker for their shoes. And more importantly a staff member on the ice to keep a general eye and help keep some of the chaos on the ice friendly.

Paradice Ice Skating Avondale
recently went to this place for ice skating and had a mixed experience. The ice quality was great, but it was really busy, making it hard to skate without bumping into people. The staff were friendly, but the place is definitely short staffed. the rental skates were a bit worn. Overall, it's a good place to go skating, but try to avoid peak hours if you want to enjoy it.
