PB Tech Newmarket

Extremely rude tall white guy (staff behind the counter) at pbtech new market, age looks to be in his 20s. Hope the manager sees this review and teaches him a valuable lesson in respect, customer service and in life lol

I came over for PB Tech Newmarket anniversary weekend on the Friday afternoon and wanted to purchase a Macbook - As soon as I mentioned the fact that I wanted to buy it on laybuy, the sales person immediately started to ignore me, looking over my shoulder for someone else to help and cutting short all of my questions. I left not long after completely astonished by such poor customer service. I have now bought a $3000 worth Macbook Pro directly with Apple, which offers a way better customer service and help you through your entire purchase.I doubt that I would shop at PB Tech Newmarket ever again.

Very good service and stock levels, though I find all PB Tech stores very good, they have a great retail template.

Really good store. They do pick ups and can grab ya what you need quickly as long as they have the stock. They also do bulk item pick ups.

Very poor after sales service. Bought a pair of ear buds, which stopped working after 6 months. It was sent to the service center, and after 3 weeks, they realized that it couldn't be replaced and gave me a new one. However, the new one was also faulty. Instead of immediately replacing it or giving me a refund, they sent it back to the service center, and it's been two weeks since then. So I have been without ear buds for 5 weeks in total, which in my opinion is unacceptable for something you use daily. I expected an immediate refund or replacement after the fault with the initial replacement. One of the buds was not charging - this would have been obvious to the customer representative.

Easy parking. Good staff. Good prices. Wide range of electronic products.

Recent poor experience. I went in to complete a warranty claim for a motherboard. One of the service staff was extremely unhelpful. Told me 2-3 times during discussion he wouldn't accept the claim then the other staff talked to him and told him yes we can accept" and then finally took the motherboard. Waited 20-30 min and I was the only customer in service centre. The staff member who tried to dispute taking the motherboard told me he would send me a text to confirm an email address and it's 2-3 days later

Super helpful, patient staff and efficient with their service. Listen to customers needs and happy to take the time to find a good solution. Much better experience here than in the St Luke’s store on several occasions.

Fabulous customer services.. had to just show our order number and boom out the door we went.

Staff members are attentive, accommodating, very helpful and quite friendly. It's just it seems that the shop is always understaffed. Often there are 3 to 5 people queuing for a staff member to attend and help while there are 2 staff members sit idly in their service department, and at least another one or two at back. 10 minutes in a queue for a 2 minute pick-up were less than good pick up experience, I think. Luckily there are plenty of parking spaces in the shared paid car park.
