WARNING: We hired the Kapiti crowd for a reno. Total disaster. Rudy van Vlerken and his sons are cowboys going around robbing innocent people off their hardearned money. Do not trust their promises or guarantees. When it goes wrong and it certailny will, neither NZ Certified Builders or franchise owner Russell Poole will help you because they are all in it for themselves. Please do not to go near them. It has been a genuine pleasure working with Janeen and her team on our ensuite renovation. She listened to our ideas about what we wanted, made a few suggestions, and came back with a design that has turned out perfect for us. Her team was professional, friendly, and arrived when they said they would. As with any project of this sort, there were snags along the way, but Janeen dealt with them efficiently and in a timely manner. We adore our magnificent new ensuite -- especially the decadent shower and the heated floor. I recommend Janeen and Pzazz with out reservation. In fact, I'm looking forward to working with them again on our kitchen renovation.

We met Janeen at the Home and Garden Expo last year and I decided to go with Janeen as she had a positive vibe out of all the other stalls that offered renovation services. What were once regarded as our least favourite areas of the house is now a calm and peaceful oasis. Janeen's team took care of the council submission and Janeen managed the renovations. When our brand new vanity arrived with a dent, Janeen took ownership in following up with the suppliers for it to be repaired. Even though it delayed our renovations we're so happy with the bathroom and toilet room now. Thank you Janeen and your team for renovating our bathroom and toilet room.

Pzazz Building Lower Hutt did us an excellent job renovating our 1950 home. Creating an open plan kitchen, laundry, dining and living area.We are delighted with the outcome of the project. Janeen and the team came to our rescue in providing us with quotes and a commitment to helping us out with significant post earthquake works on our house.
