Was a bit nervous to do this course, but Keith (the teacher) was very nice and tried to make it as easy as possible, he always made sure to check up on every single person in the class to make sure they were keeping up okay. He was very thoughtful, keep it up !!

What a great Food Handling Certificate Course!! The instructor, Keith, had a personable, professional, humorous and pragmatic approach which made the course fly by and information easier to retain. I highly recommend taking the course if you're wanting to do anything related to food because Keith's experience and knowledge ensures you are receiving all of the information specific to you. Not only that, he has a great memory and remembers all of his students to give them a personal experience. Great course, so glad I took it!
