Absolutely lovely staff. It was my first time shopping with lush and I will definitely be back. They recommended some amazing goodies I can't wait to try. Knowledgeable, kind and fun staff. Definitely recommend.

I had such a good shopping experience at Lush today. I didn't get the shop assistants name but she was so helpful. One thing I like when entering a store is being greeted but not bombarded with recommendations after saying I'm just browsing. And that is exactly what we got. Once I knew what I was looking for, the assistant had some really good recommendations. She was honest and really informed about the products. I was offered samples and was super surprised by the size of the sample pots. They are so much bigger than normal pots by atleast 3 times. I have just tried the products for the first time so I don't have much to say about them but the service here is the best I've had. I'm from Rotorua so it was a very welcoming experience. I will travel to repurchase from that girl if I am honest! That is how good she was. 5 stars!!!

This is my go to place for hair and face stuff. And all natural. My skin is sensitive and my hair is bleached tf out. So I buy dark angels it scrubs my face so good but not too harsh if u want more gentle I'd use angels on bareskin that's not my jam used it too fast not enough scrub action but still lovely. And power conditioner is to die for I will no longer use anything else on my ratshit bleached hair but that. Oh the henna is gold. Perfect cover over my platinum hair and made it feel so much more healthy. Rose jam is also my jam. I could go on.

I usually have a Lush splurge every 3 or 4 months where I easily spend about $1-2k stocking up. I live out of town and have a highly stressful job so this is my treat I look forward too. Yesterday I came in with my hubby and was about 10 mins in to sampling some of the products and smelling everything - I can take up to an hour doing this. Yesterday the girl with the red/black hair followed us around and eyeballed us the whole time then after about 20mins stood right next to us making it totally obvious she was watching us, to the point she was in our personal space and asked if she could help us. I said no, yet she stood right in between us and would not leave! The whole thing was so weird and obvious she was racially profiling us (she didn’t do this to anyone else in the shop) and thought we were thieves. We both have good jobs and dress nicely (even if we didn’t, she had no right treating anyone like this) the whole thing was really disgusting. Not sure if it was her fault or a manager making her do the dirty work but it left such a bad taste in my mouth. I ended up only purchasing one thing as I couldn’t go without one of my staples. Once I PAID, I walked straight out and next door to the body shop and spent the rest of my money there.

I did not expect to find a LUSH in Hamilton, and I was not disappointed. Located in The Base shopping centre, this store offers a solid variety of the shampoos, scrubs, bath bombs and more - replete with the signature scent of LUSH that lures you even beyond the mall's entrance.Gigi was a particular highlight of my visit. She greated my boyfriend and me as soon as we entered the store, and she offered us an insightful, inquisitive and concise consultation to help him find how to get the best value out of his Christmas voucher with a shower gel and scrub that paired perfected with his usual shampoo. I'm an extrovert, he's an introvert; what I loved about Gigi's consultation was that it was quick and informative for someone like him, and yet opened plenty of opportunity for further discussion for someone like me. Thank you so much, Gigi!

Evelyn is the best! She is so supportive and really cares about her customers wellbeing. Definitely recommend her if you need help for products too calm and relax your mind. They have my stuff ready within the hour! Thank you so much for your amazing services. Really have brighten my day.

oh no lush what happened to cs. was in your store took my things to the counter. there was no hello or anything. they are usually pretty good. but when the next customer came up there was a full on hello.

I had a very lovey lady who was in store today helping me thankyou so much for ur kindness. I got one of the new purple body scrubs. If ur realy realy sensitive dont use to much at all expeshly near your face its quiet strong. I love it though i codnt resist pepperment. Mite be best to use it in the morning compared to the nighttime

Kaleah Is one Beautiful soul!I had the best experience at Lush with this lovely Woman!She made sure I was well looked after even though there were other customers she also assured them that she was going to help them as well.She knew her stuff so much that I know the gift I gave to my friend she was going to love it.
