Quick friendly communication, good job and a good price

Cushla was very quick in replying and keeping me up to date with when Darren was coming in install our cat door. Great work, and very good advice on other glazing related questions. Will definitely use them again.

These guys were quick to reply, friendly to deal with and reasonable in their pricing. They showed up on time and were professional. I had originally given a 5 star review, would recommend them.Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication, the cat door they installed isn't fit for the purpose i need. The installed cat door only has a 1 way microchip whereas a 2 way microchip is needed due to me having an indoor cat and an outdoor cat living in the same house. This was as much my fault as theirs, however i did explain the cat situation on the phone. The end result was me paying $1000 for a cat door which i don't need because it is only as effective as the old cat door was anyway. Being double glazing they can't fix it without me spending another $1000 so it hasn't exactly been a 5 star outcome, hence updated the review.
