Super helpful and friendly staff, and an easy way to store your stuff. I would recommend to anyone who’s looking.

Would use the Te Rapa branch again in a heartbeat. Beyond the call of duty helpful manager. Facilities are excellent too.

By far the best storage company we have ever dealt with. The customer service was superior, always going to extra mile to help assist with moving and making things possible. The facility is brand new and immaculate condition, our storage unit had no moisture therefore no mold etc on our furniture. Security system gave me reassurance our contents were safe. Overall the customer service was unbeatable I can not fault any aspect. Brani you are the perfect example of customer service.We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family.

I came to empty a unit and close the account. Despite some logistical setbacks, Brani went out of his way to help us and showed excellent customer service. Highly recommended

From the moment we arrived the manager Brani welcomed us and listened to our needs. He showed us the most suitable unit and explained the pricing clearly. We were happy with everything so Brani went through all the paperwork with us and explained access and hours so we signed up and paid then he checked that our chosen code worked on the entry gate and we left as happy customers

I am more than happy with my Storage Unit at Te Rapa.It feels good and secure, even better now, as Brani and another Safeguard mover very kindly moved all my storage from one end of the corridor, and some in another unit, condensing it all into one unit that is close to the elevator for me.I was just so impressed how quickly and efficiently they moved it all, they took good care with my goods, packing them all up in, planning it out.They worked together as such a brilliant team.I left feeling very happy with this.Thankyou so much guys, it means a lot.
