Short lady blonde with glasses needs the SACK, pick on my 13 yr old daugther, check those cameras she was doing a favour, then you chase her down, asking her where is the garment that is missing, i intervened And told you to leave my daughter alone as she was about to cry , all you could say was, me and your daughter were having a nice conversation,which is LIES, iheard every word, straight after that she confronted my two eldest daughters who work in retail, knew exactly the lingo she was saying to them,accusing us MAORI FAMILY OF THEFT, When we were there to spend 2k plus. Itook our trolley to checkout ,and said we wont be buying from here,check your cameras as that elderly lady is accusing my family of 5 OF THEFT, we left balclutha warehouse and drove to dunedin select store and spent over 1k, can produce Receipt, since this more than a handful have come forward the same thing,same lady, still waiting on store managers call, as head office was contacting them on my behalf,sunday 7th may 7.20pm. 100% shop elsewhere, TEMU. It's okay needs more variety but had good specials

Good selection of electronic gadgets/items(Front Left as you walk in).Food aisles will be getting a revamp in June but they currently accommodate some essential items(Mid Left).Books have moved over by the gardening area(Front Right).Socket sets and screwdriver sets can be found over by the automotive sections(Mid Right).Clothing for both adults and children(Front and Mid Centre respectively).Shoes, both adult and children(Back Centre).Kids toys including rideables(Back Right).Large household items including furniture(Back Left).

Went there with my family after a very long time not being there, just for each of us to be followed around the whole time by one of the workers. Then for her to then corner and accuse my 13yr old sister of stealing and almost making her cry, she still kept accusing my sister even after my dad got involved and even told her she didnt steal. She then followed me and my other sister right after that happened when we were shopping for mother's day gifts.

Easily one of the best Warehouses I have been to in NZ. I love their bargin racks as I can pick up amazing specials $1 a pair kids shoes today!

Had awesome time shopping and the staff are super friendly and helpful best shop at warehouse I've ever had was worth the drive

We were able to get all of the things we needed after moving. Staff were friendly and very helpful. It was greatly appreciated.

competitive prices for loads of things you can buy in other shops, gives people a choice of where to shop. only drawback is you get what you pay for.. sometimes cheap is cheap

Good selection.Staff should open other checkouts instead letting the queue getting too long.Staff meetings should be held before opening or after closing not in the shop at 10am
