Fortuna Buffet Restaurant
I was to rate this buffet 5 stars due to the variety of food and value for money, however the taste of food was not great (I know it is a personal preference). They charged $77 for two adults and when you pay $5.50, you'll get unlimited drinks and I think it's a really good price. Their service was excellent and the staff was amazing. You get concession parking when you spend >$40. I would definitely go back there.

This is a perfect place to come with family or friends, the atmosphere is very pleasant and the attention at the tables is one of the best I have seen, they are always attentive when you need them and they are extremely careful in every detail

The overall experience at the restaurant was decent, particularly due to the availability of an open buffet. The setting of the restaurant was pleasant and created a nice ambiance. The staff members were friendly and provided good service. However, a drawback was that while the food was clean and hygienic, it did not meet expectations in terms of taste. Personal preference leaned towards having one delicious meal instead of a large buffet with average quality dishes.

The food is absolutely revolting. Everything was cold and tasted old, and even if it wasn’t cold it was still gross. Honestly probably the worst meal I’ve had in Auckland in my entire life. The pumpkin soup was like pumpkin water. The “mushroom ghoulash” was just mushrooms floating in brown water.I think jail is probably better. Even the chips were cold. And the corn was sitting in water and completely water logged and inedible

The best buffet in Aotearoa best value of money in fantastic quality and amazing ambiance. The new Fortuna has amazing selection Im not a fan of buffet as I feel I don't get thevalue of my money not until I came back to Fortuna after almost a year. Awesome selection from seafood hot and cold, melt in your freakinouth meats, fresh salad bar, DIY nachos, chicken wings, cheese selection what a delight. Love how spacious the area is it doesn't feel cluttered. Service was fantastic too. Highly recommended. Coming back for more!

Great selection of food to choose from,popular dishes go fast,hot food can be a bit dry from the heat sitting there, but sushi and cold items are lovely to easy to over indulge...staff are amazing people.

No oyster the day we came there.a bit disappointed.compensated by the shrimp.roast beef was good. perfectly cooked and not dry.soup options can be improved,a bit bland.dessert options were alright.1.5 hours stay. make sure to be on time to maximise experience. additional fee for unlimited drinks.staff were attentive to get our plates and utensils.

Came here Saturday night 1/4/2023 for a family birthday dinner,quality of food service was great and the different dessert range was fantastic aswell as the hot dishes around the buffet ,Definitely worth it!
