Very happy with our new door and lock. Although I must say that it took a lot longer than expected and there was some communication breakdown within the company. However, their door's quality is high and feels solid and secure. Would recommend.

While the fulltimber door supplied looked good as per specification, it had a slight bow... just outside of the 6mm tolerance. We had it installed, and within 30mins from the lock was fitted the door cracked in the area weakened by the door latch holes. A couple of days later the door straightened to an ideal plank. First the Parkwood said it was the locksmith 'fault, that how they drilled, later after some pressuer and torough documentation they came to the party by sending the new door out for 1/2 (retail) price to the locksmith. Once the new door arrived, it showed a borderline bow"again. We changed the lock (to our expense of $400 for the Gainsborough Trilock Omni trowed away hence the door supplier (Thedoors) refused to take it back) and bought a small simple (non secure) to be installed instead

The best doors I have ever owned. Great people to deal with and always ready to help out. They work through re-sellers but if you have a technical question, or just need peace of mind, give them a call they are just so helpful.The quality of my Duramax door is truly one to be proud of. It has been installed for 2 1/2 years, and looks as good as the day it was installed. Every one asks about it because it looks so smart.I would recommend Parkwood Doors every time.

If you want bowed doors and exceptionally poor service, look no further!Over the last four months Parkwood have supplied three faulty doors for our new home and failed to rectify the problem. On top of that, their service techniques include avoiding calls, passing the buck and breaking their own promises. Learn from my costly mistake and stay well clear people.

Not at all recommended. Worst service and quality. New defective pair of french doors. Bow towards the top. Gaps on both the doors. Rain water dripping inside the house from the gaps. They are not interested in fixing or replacing it.
