Corrective Foot Solutions Auckland

I have been a client of Corrective Foot Solutions for the past year . I had been experiencing severe pain in both feet around the heel area off and on for some years.I had received a hydrocortisone injection from a GP after lockdown as my feet were particularly painful at that time (I had done a lot of walking during the lockdown). The injection initially gave some relief but the pain returned some weeks later.I happened to read about Corrective Foot Solutions on Facebook one day and was so desperate to have something done I decided to give them a try.I can honestly say that I noticed a huge improvement after the first month and made a decision that I would complete the whole course. The adjustments at the clinic take about 10 minutes and the exercises completed every day at home take about 8 minutes a day. The advice given by the professionals at the clinic are always helpful and all those working there are friendly and empathetic and it was never any problem if I had to change appointment times.The xrays from the beginning of the treatment to half way through the treatment showed a huge improvement in my foot alignment.Today I have no pain in my feet at all. I continue to do just three or four foot exercises a day.
