Keep up the great work Pets alive!!! I was in this shop today to purchase a canary,just noticed last review,yes Ronni is great!!! she served me today,the other lady is lovely also,she is deaf,and some don't realise that,she lip reads,so it must be frustrating for her,I did note today,that she wears a badge stating she is hearing impaired,just saying,love this shop!!!

brought a 2nd hand fish tank for good price didnt no how to set it up, so went to pets alive the lady there RONNI was very helpful and A for awesome made my day everything worked she evn gave spare parts thank you so much RONNI i would reccomend yr customer service to any 1 NOT TO MENTION THE OTHER LADY WAS REALLY RUDE ON HOW SHE APPROCHES PPL

Animals are kept in horrible conditions and the owners/workers seem to not care at all about animal welfare despite giving advice and being told kindly! The animals also seem to be in poor health and are not being given proper treatment. Do yourself and the poor animals a favour and don’t shop here.

The animals here are housed in apphuling conditions. Guinea pigs & rabbits are housed together which shouldn't happen, small cages not big enough for the animals. The animals don't look healthy or happy. Who ever is supplying these animals to the store should think twice. As per a lot of other reviews, incredibly rude staff. Please don't support businesses like this. The animals in places like this suffer & then you wonder why they are so skittish when you bring them home.

I found this store to have the utmost in animal equipment..the friendliest staff..and the animals instore are obviously very happy. I give my rating 5 out of 5 stars!!!!!

We bought our first little fur baby here about a year ago and he is a beautiful cat, however when we first got him he did have more than a few fleas and was a bit congested, I don’t blame the store for this so returned to buy my little buddy a friend. Our hopes were meet by a beautiful little boy that we took home, fast forward two weeks and we have since found out our little man is a little lady! Just wanting to give everyone a heads up as I feel a few key care details have been over looked with my little now not so little boy and now little lady!

Pets Alive pukekohe. Is an awesome place to look for pets .the lady's there are wonderful. All animals a cared for .cages are clean and tidy. the shop is very clean .so pop in and have a chat to the girls about anything. They do there best to help .a nice welcome when you come into the shop .I've been going to pets alive for 23 years and still buy my animals stuff there ..so thanks lady's you know who you are .you do an amazing job .
