Absolutely amazing experience. Nelson was professional, calm, organised and Amelia was ahead of the game the whole way along and communicated with us daily. Nelson knows all the big investors. They were all at our auction and helped us get loads of registered bidders and eventually a really great result despite selling in one of the toughest markets in history. We interviewed 4 agents and got appraisals before selling our house. All the agents were great, however Nelson was our choice. When we rang the other agents to let them know, one had some buyers that she wanted to show our house, so she hooked us for an open agency agreement for a week, after which we were going to go through the whole 9 yards with Nelson. She was awesome and sold our house without listing it...However, even though we didn’t go with Nelson he was really supportive and made sure we asked the right questions throughout the process, gave us heaps of tips, followed up frequently and it was clear that he would be working for us with our interests in mind.Will definitely recommend him to friends and family selling a house in Auckland.

Absolute legend. Nelson sold our house in 3 weeks via auction. Amazing marketing, from the photos and video to the personal home website. He treated the sale of our property not just as a house but a home, being highly respectful and professional, doing everything and beyond to get us the best price possible.
