John Pauwels

John was our fabulous celebrant at our wedding, March 2017. From the very first contact we had with John, through the writing of our vows and ceremony, leading right up to the day and on the day itself, John was a calm, caring and knowledge presence. He helped us express ourselves through our ceremony, gave us help and tips on how to go about things and made suggestions of things to include but was never pushy. You knew he genuinely cared about each and every facet of the wedding and wanted it to be the best day of our lives. He always responded quickly to any questions we had and was happy to meet up as many times as we needed to make sure everything was going smoothly. Despite inclement weather, our wedding day went off without a hitch, and yet again John was a calming and enthusiastic part of that. We thoroughly enjoyed having John there and cannot thank him enough for all he did to ensure this will be a day we talk about for many years to come. All our friends and family agree it was truly the best day ever!

I had called multiple JPs in a desperate attempt to find someone last minute and John came through for me. Being the week of Christmas and New years where everyone is busy, he helped me out straight away with no hesitation. Lovely man and easy to talk to. Thank you John.

John was our celebrant for March 2018. From the moment we began we knew we were in good hands. We had a large wedding on the side of a hill and it was perfect. John is measured, funny, gentle and sincere. We really felt like we could have our own unique ceremony with him at the helm. We would recommend John to anyone in a heart beat!

John is a great celebrant. Warm, calm, kind with a cracking sense of humour!! Would highly recommend John! He created an intimate personalised ceremony that was really special and us. If we ever renew our vows we will be getting in touch with John
