I don’t recommend this place. Not good customer service at all very rude and blunt, and really rough when using the file and the machine. A very rushed job i paid $65 for nails that are all uneven lengths as she never checked them and streaks through the polish. Over charged my friend even when she asked if her design would cost extra and she insisted that it wouldn't and left a couple of our fingers raw…..Just don’t recommend going here way better places in rotorua for your moneys worth..

Went in for a repair as one of my nails had broken off. The staff did a ok job in getting as close as they could to the original as I had them done in another city. A little bit of communication barrier but got through it. Cheap cost so was great for my wallet. Beautiful and relaxing shop.

Looking at the other reviews I was quite surprised to see that they have been receiving 1 stars, I have always found the ladies very lovely and yes they do have poor English depending on who you are talking to but there is always ways around that by showing photos of what you would like, which is always what I have done. And I have always gotten what I asked for.I have been coming here for years and never had any issues.

Not me getting my lashes done last minute because I have seen and heard of people coming here and not ever once in my lash fkn carrer have i ever had an issue but my eye is literally infected the glue is literally stuck to my skin so when I sleep it pulls on my eyelid no fall out of eyelashes which is unhealthy some fall out should be normal so unusual and not even qualified clearly do not get anything done here go to a small business instead.

Went to get my nails done to treat myself before a wedding. What a mistake! I asked for acrylic extensions and got gel. They started coming off within 3 days. Ended up having to get them redone in Auckland as I was away for work. They completely recked my nails over filed the nail plate, didn't even bother pushing back my cuticles or cleaning under my natural nail.

Had a lovely pedicure, they were gentle and nice and did a good job. I just wish it went for longer.

I like my nails but the lady was rough, rushing and I didn't get a foot spa etc when I got a pedi. Just a polish for the same price as down the road which is where I will be going from now on. NO WONDER Their shops always empty.
