Tried giving me a 10 year old phone with quite literally 3gb of ram while I was getting my phone repaired. 3gb of ram wouldn't even run messenger. As proof of that I had to take it back because I couldn't even get so far as downloading messenger. On top of that the loan phone was not even the same brand as the one being repaired so i was unable to transfer my data. The staff at first seemed helpful but when I told them the issue and asked for my own phone back they became very rude and at first REFUSED to give my my own phone back. Not very hopeful for the future of 2degrees as it seems every kiosk I go to its the same treatment.

Visited the 2 degrees hornby today. The lovely lady explained everything patiently. Suggested better plans for the fibre internet. Cleared every single doubt with a great smile on her face. I don't know her name but she is really helpful.She is in the pictures that i have added here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in to buy a new phone today, however the man that was working today 11/2/23 at 11am was completely unhelpful and started serving two other customers in the middle of my speaking with him and proceeded to ignore me. He also incorrectly stated that they stocked no phones and that no other 2 degrees stores stocked phones. However, I rang 2degrees Riccarton and they had a lot of phones in stock - so I went there instead and the helpful woman there has now gotten my sale, thanks for nothing 2degrees Hornby.

Today I asked a lady who is working here to top up for me $20 and active my plan because I did not know how I can do that but she just helped me by top up and she did not active my plan even she did not inform me, unfortunately I belive on her so after a few minuets I lost all of my credit by spending internet when I checked 2 degrees App I noticed about it, the lady is not responsible if I could I complain against her

Really horrible at answering the phone and when you try to call them they pick up and hang up. The worst branch ive ever seen and not to mention they dont even have my iphone 14 yet which all other stores have. Actually useless.

Have issues with my s21 ultra for 6 months. Have been dealing with an Asian lady and Indian lady and there customer service is terrible. Not willing to help at all and give you lies to make you go away. Have spoken to manager but his service is just as bad if not worse. Phone is still under warranty and has microphone issues but they refuse to replace. Phones on its 3rd time going back to get repaired and I'm at the point of seeking legal advice and getting Fair go involved. Phone company doesnt answer a phone call and doesnt respond to voice messages Avoid at all costs
