Absolutely amazing customer service and sales support. I am a customer from Vanuatu and I am really satisfied with the support from Ferntech, especially from Zane Gibbs for assisting me with valuable information on getting the right set of equipment and arranging for Luke Johnson to do the training in Vanuatu. I purchased M300 RTK with Lidar Combo with additional accessories and P1. Even now, they are still assisting me with my flight planning and operations whenever I have doubts about something. I would highly recommend Ferntech NZ to my colleagues in Vanuatu if they are planning on purchasing drones because they have the best customer service and sales support.

Took the time to make sure i didn't overspend on accessories i didn't actually need (what business turns money down these days) which i REALLY appreciated. Quality service, Customer Care/Focused. Went here after recommended by a friend that they are the go to place for DJI gear. Absolutely 100% the place to go! The guys working there know their stuff inside out and made a few recommendations about what would suit my needs. Amir didn't push what ever was the most expensive within my budget but took the time to understand my needs and recommend based on that. They even have parts for my older Mavic Air which are hard to come by now.

We purchased a drone duty free in Sydney 6 months ago. It stopped working and we had no idea what to do. From the first call to Ferntech they were so helpful. Throughout the entire process they had excellent communication and quickly helped us with everything including sending it to Australia. The full service was under warranty which they sorted out for us to. Everything took around 2 weeks. Turns out the controller was faulty. The only thing we paid for was to courier it from Tauranga to their store, which was fine. Highly recommend. Actually can not believe how good they are to deal with!! Best service we have received in a long time.

Cody from the DJI store got me sorted with an updated drone. He understood what I wanted for my work and suggested a few options to fit my needs and within my budget. I knew he’d know his stuff about drones, he’s tall enough to get hit in the head with one. Highly recommend.
