Repco Kapiti

After shopping for some brake rotors and pads for a relatives car, Supercheap were going to ship them which meant a 5 day wait. ($185) BNT had them in stock, but were asking $260 or so. Repco had them in stock at $224. (The rotors were half price) The pads were $90 dollars and pushed the price up a bit. I mentioned to the guy (Paul, lovely fella) that the pads were a little steep, so he discounted them to $60 just like that...! It brought the overall cost down to $194, and was a better quality product than the Supercheap alternative. Really happy with the service and availabilty. Meant I had the job done from disassembly to reassembly in less than 90 minutes, including parts pickup time. Repco often get a bashing from car people, but I have to say, they have bailed me out of a bind more than once and I'll never write them off!

The technicians are all good but Daniel is exceptional. He has a mild manner and is quite knowledgeable about his products.

The team here is always helpful and friendly, we probably deal with Daniel the most, he has a great attitude and really personalises both mine and my partners customer experiences. I called up to see if a price match was possible over the phone, it isn't, but I got it anyway because I prefer Repco over Supercheap any day. Darren came and delivered my order almost immediately!! Pretty cool if you ask me.

I have totally lost faith in this store. My last 4 purchases from here have been an absolute shambles. I have received goods from Repco Kapiti that have been used, returned by a customer, then the packaging has been taped back together and then sold to me; not once, but twice!I was sold wrong parts for my car and on another occasion the item purchased was broken. Today around 5.15pm I was told my order had not come through correctly to the store and that's why I had not received correspondence to collect it. 5 minutes later I am told that someone from the store rung me earlier this afternoon around 2.45 and left me a voicemail to tell me that one of the items was unavailable. I have no missed calls on my phone and no text message informing me I have a new voicemail.So, which is it? The order hadn't gone through to the store correctly or they had rung me earlier and left me a voicemail? It can not be both. I would not recommend this store to anyone!

Left standing at the parts counter without any acknowledgement or interest. I was one of only two customers in the shop at the time, almost walked out. All I wanted was a price and availability on a length of exhaust. Couldn't manage that. I was in the trade, maybe I should've worn my overalls and got taken more seriously. Terrible service.

Great range of car parts and products, I found the team at Repco very friendly and helpful . Would recommend this store if you are looking for car products.

Purchased an item from here after being installed I discovered that they had sold me the wrong one. At their cost they replaced this one had it installed.The team were very helpful, especially Joy.I throughly recommend Kapiti Repco.
