Mangawhai Reformer Pilates
Look fwd to my weekly Combo class with Petra, half-hour on the reformer (great for lengthening, strengthening & straightening) & half-hour on the mat. She advises the best way to do things that won't aggravate a couple of long-term injuries that I have. We're so lucky to have Petra here at Mangawhai- she's a highly trained professional who cheerfully guides us through our routine. Very clean facility with lots of equipment.
