A small family run restaurant that does very nice home cook style Korean food. The menu is simple but all the items are delicious. Definitely going back there again.

Found this place on google - stopped by since we live close. Simple menu with not too many items which is fine. Ordered the Kamjatang Soup and was not disappointed, plenty of meat. A hearty broth, on the lighter side but def enjoyed it! Taste just like the ones you get in South Korea. Simple Banchan but very tasty, kimchi and kimchi radish. We even bought a Large Kimchi to bring home with us! The nice mom and pops there were so kind, had a chat with them about Korea. Will definitely be going back, nice to have a Korean restaurant somewhat close to home. Will slowly go through the menu items as we visit, check it out for sure! Highly recommended.

Definitely, it is the best sundae stew I’ve never have in New Zealand. No any added flavour, just homemade flavour, just mummy’s food. Didn’t see my mummy nearly 3 years, thanks to the owner, thanks for your soup, thanks for the feeling I get from your soup, that’s is mummy’s love. Thanks for your heart made food. All the best.

The soup here is consistently amazing. I always hear neighbouring guests say how good it is after their first bite too! It's just THAT good. The staff here are also super lovely! I love this place.

A Hidden Gem in Panmure! Came across this place when looking for nearby places to satisfy our Korean Food cravings. Me and my husband decided to visit here after seeing the amazing reviews, and it was really worth it. Wonderful, calm vibes, and the staff was really friendly and innocent with all smiles. Felt like home there.Small menu, but definitely good at what they have. We got one Pork back bone stew and a Bulgogi stew. Flavors were really hearty and authentic. Presentation was really appealing and made us even more hungry. One of very rare places that actually give what they show in the menu! Really appreciate it. Go here if you want to enjoy authentic Korean food. The Kimchi and Radish side dishes were delicious and fresh! The mains were really filling and hot, food comes in stone pots, which was a very nice experience. Every dish comes with a bowl of rice covered with a lid, empty bowls for putting bones and stuff, first time I'm seeing this much care into serving people nicely.This place would be one reason I would look forward for Winter, cold weather, and a warm pot of delicious stew. Love, love, love it, definitely going to visit again soon!

I tried spicy beef combination soup, beef short rib soup and spicy pork. They were all great and staff was so kind. Strongly reccomond!

This place is legit, an authentic Korean restaurant. It really feels like a Korean aunty cooked meal for you. Broth lightly seasoned compared to other Korean restaurant around Auckland but it doesn’t mean it lacks flavour. Kimchi is slightly sweeter and less acidic. Friendly service, great dish, I would come back again for sure!

Overall 4.5/5First time trying here. We wanted to go to another place before this but that was fully booked. Pleasant outcome as this place have even better stew. We had the pork bone stew and the sundae stew (Korean sausages). The sundae soup was very clean tasting and love the meatiness inside. The pork bone soup also tasted great but my wife wanted more veges inside. One thing this place probably can improve on to get 5/5 is to have a better side dish experience, as most Korean places have a bigger range of side dishes. However this place is amazing just from the stew alone, I would come back again to try other options.Service here is quite good too, this place is run by an old couple.

We used to come here when run by the old owners. Walked in on Saturday not knowing the change of ownership. We were impressed by the expanded menu and quality of food. The soups we ordered didn’t taste the same as before but are equally nice. More side dishes is a bonus. The new owner and staff are both very welcoming. We will come back to try other dishes.
