I was very impressed with the service of the Door Doctor Limited. Upon my call one of the staff namely Anne came to my rescue and understood the problem I was referring to. She instantly pinpointed what was wrong with my Garage Door.I followed her instructions and managed to fix the problem without incurring any costs especially this pressing time. It seems they are customer focused and very carrying. Highly recommended to any prospective customer.

Matt came within an hour after we called for an urgent repair on a Saturday morning. He was professional at all times and had a great sense of humour. Door was fixed in 20mins. Highly recommend.

The customer service of the company is disgraceful.The lady answering the phone was particularly unenthusiastic which left a bad taste and i've decided to go elsewhere with my business.

These guys really ARE the Door Doctors. Whenever we strike a tricky problem they are right there on the phone helping work out an answer, and custom engineering us a solution. The regular products we buy are brilliantly designed, always perfectly made, and incredibly reliable. Lovely customer service too, thanks Team DOOR DOCTOR.

These guys are awesome. Great workmanship, reasonably priced, prompt service and most importantly really lovely people!! I have had 2 call outs with them so far in the past 4 months for issues with my garage door and on both occasions the service was top notch. Highly recommend Door Doctors Ltd.

One of the springs snapped on my garage door and Matthew came out to inspect. Offered great advice, was very friendly, professional and up front with costs to repair. Pricing was extremely fair with prompt and professional service to match. I am 100% satisfied, will recommend to others and would definitely use this company again.

Use Door Doctor.. don't call anyone else.. we broke our garage door on a Sunday over labour weekend. Called a few places and nobody would come and help. Door Doctor came straight away and fixed the door that morning. Saved our weekend and even added a safety feature. I will definitely recommend them.

Terrible experience. Just like a real doctor - no bedside manner and can't fix the problem.I have just had to fix the door myself!! After they attended, I had to ring back, because the door was not closing properly still.Originally rang because one spring had broken on our garage door. We replaced all of the springs ourselves, but we could not get the door to open and close with the automatic opener. We called the Door Doctor, who came out two days later, but we had to stay home all day as they couldn't give a time :(.Matt was here about 25 minutes, charged me $127, and didn't fix the problem. When the technician left (after I had paid), I noticed the door was not actually closing, a fact that wasn't shown to me before I paid. The door is now scraping the paint off the jamb too.I called and spoke to Nigel as soon as I was aware and he said he would speak to Matt and try to arrange for him to come back. Matt arranged to come back in the morning. The office then called and said Matt wouldn't be coming and I needed a new arm on the door. Neither Debbie or Nigel would listen to me when I said that there is no reason why the door should not be closing, as it was closing correctly before, but now was not. In fact, they would both keep speaking over me. Nigel said the door was hitting the ground so could not close properly and they were the experts. They said I needed new arms and that was the problem AND THEY WOULDN'T COME OUT.I HAVE JUST FIXED THE DOOR MYSELF!! BY READING THE MANUAL!! Clearly your 'senior techninican Matt' needs more training.Door Doctor are in clear breach of the customer guarantees act both in the reasonable skill section and they did not advise prior to the job that they could not do it properly. A reputable compnay would have attended to see the problemThey are very rude and don't know how to adjust the garage doors -Find the manual and do it yourself. Don't waste your money.Unfortunately I have to give a one star, the option of zero isn't available.

Very happy with my experience - I called first thing on a Monday morning (public holiday) and they arrived 1 hour later (from one side of Akl to the other). The technician Daniel was friendly and professional. The problem was fixed quickly, and for a reasonable price. Some good advice given about maintenance but it wasn't a pushy sales job. Would use again and recommend.
