I was told that the credit checks would be immediate, but I waited 4 hours and nothing appeared on the website dashboard and nothing was sent to my email. They have no contact phone number available or email, so my only option was to talk to them through the online chat, to which nobody responded. I had to pay another company for an urgent service and they refused to refund, even after admitting to errors on their end when I finally had someone chat back to me from their end. Would not recommend these guys.
