Unsatisfactory work done by AA sub contractors(workshop) have made couple of rounds to AA but still work is not up to mark, really sad to see this type of work.

Helpful on the phone but they need to have a better policy to help customers who are no way at fault for an accident when it concerns a hit and run. It is traumatising enough we have been in an accident then being left with a hefty bill is horrible! Also need better communication between the call centre and the customer service centre during alert levels

Great workmanship on repairing my car, but lacking the will to claim from the offending party. I was NOT at fault, whilst AA said they believed me are not will to take it further so I can have a refund of my excess moneyWhich is very disappointing.
