Infusion Skin Body Hair Nails

Had highlights and keratin treatment done. Keratin was blow dried and strainetend in 15mins. When I washed my hair after 3 days my hair is more damaged and frizzy. I had done keratin before and this is the worst experience. When informing them on messenger with pictures they did not respond or acknowledge.

Quality of service for colour was not good - highlights were patchy and orangey when Ash blonde was requested.Quality of service for keratin was not good, not enough product used, hair was frizzier than before I went in and, I have a lot of breakage from rough handling. After washing out my hair, I have so much dandruff.Quality of customer service was appalling, I was not treated nicely, no thanks said when payment made, I felt intimidated and abused during my time at this salon.Price is cheap but quality is not good, not worth it - best to go to professionals.

I don’t know why these guys even bother. When I arrived the woman was late and was on a video call and left me in the car for 15 minutes. After that, she couldn’t do what I originally booked for so I had to wait a further 30 minutes for someone else. My appointment was at 10 but instead they started my hair at 11. After that they left me in the wash basin for 30 minutes while the senior staff went out side for a smoke. My back was sore from laying half off the chair as I am a tall person. I had a keratin treatment and the girl had done it so fast as if she had somehwere else to be. After they were finished, they closed the shop and left. Honestly I don’t think they actually know what they’re doing. Maybe they studied out of a wish hairdressing manual online. I’ve since gone to someone else for a keratin and my hair looks amazing! Don’t try and blame the clients for the way the keratin turns out when you guys aren’t doing it properly!

I've been Infusion's client for over two years now. Have always got the best of services. The staff are very friendly and professional. Great service at affordable prices. Got ombre blue hair done recently. My hair looks stunning and I have received lots of compliments for it. All thanks to Ramit and Maggy! I always get my eyebrows and facial done here and Param does an excellent job. Julia once did my facial as well and she did an amazing job too.

Love that the price is fixed, cause you don't need to worry about extra costs at the till. The ladies were friendly and didn't mind the quietness as I closed my eyes and relaxed at the wash station. Head massage was awesome, it just needs too be longer lol.My foils turned out fantastic, coverage of grey's was good. I will go again

My experience at Infusion salon was AMAZING ! I wasn't feeling very well and they treated me so nicely! They offer me something to drink and even waiting at a private room so I could recover myself after taken strong meds for pain (before the appointment due to a back issue). The product they used on my hair was FANTASTIC! It didn't smell strong at all ! First time that I had a such amazing keratin treatment product in my hair. My hair looks so shiny and vibrant ! And the prices are totally accessible. I'll definitely coming back ! Thanks for the loving services.

I was surfing internet when I came across a hair colour promotion by infusion- I was unsure but decided to opt for the service. The appointment started on time and Param made me feel so comfortable within few minutes of being there. I left to her to do whatever colour she wanted to and yes she did a fantastic job. I was so happy with the results as she choose the colour so based on my skin tone and my hair looked lovely. She earned a customer for life with infusion. Highly Recommend!!! The staff are super professional. They'll tell you the risks and recommendations before even touching your hair. Friendly and kind staff too.
