I needed a Tuffdeck Deck Block for an urgent deck build for a Spa Pool delivery. After phoning several Bunnings, Mitre10 and ITM for a TuffDeck decking Block I came to contact Isac Tunui of Western ITM Swanson.I live in South Auckland and he is out West.He did not have any in stock and I needed them URGENTLY.Isac found a solution and placed an order with the supplier that I could pick up directly. Absolute Gold! Nobody at any of the other stores I called had the initiative to find a solution but Isac came through for us - Deck was built with a few hours to spare before the Spa Pool arrived - Cheers!

I called in on Saturday of kings birthday weekend as all other merchant where closed gotta say it was my first time there but what great service especially from the guys in the yard ! So helpful most other places the staff look the other way or pretend to be busy . Not at this place they couldn’t do more for you , I will be back
