Friendly staff. Great selection of branded shoes. I went to grab 4 pairs on sale! Very happy with my loot. They also accept Afterpay.

Treated myself to some new kicks today and loved the experience in the shop. The ladies were very helpful especially Gemela. She ensured that I had the right size and the style that I wanted. She was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I get the kicks I wanted :) Thank you!

Had an amazing interaction with a lovely young lady by the name of Ana I was struggling to find my size and she assisted with so much patience and suggested products that would maintain the colour and material. This girl should get a pay rise or atleast a free ticket to snoop dog lol shot girl keep up the good work :)

Pretty bad experience with the customer service. A friend and I were looking to buy a couple of shoes each but we waited for someone to speak to us, the retailers on duty ignored us until I finally asked for help. There were no sizes available in any of the shoes we tried and she didn't offer alternatives. She brought us our shoes to try on and walked away. I buy most of my shoes and families shoes from Platypus and most stores have amazing customer service, especially New Lynn, North Shore and Westgate. I'll stick to the stores I know that provide excellent customer service. Needless to say we left the store with no shoes

Today I went into store to buy some shoes, no help at all from any of the 2 staff members that were on the floor even though the store was empty. Found the shoes I liked and went to the front and asked for a size, she came back and I tried the shoes on but didn’t like them so asked for another shoe in the same size. She came back and I said it’s fine I don’t want to try them on I’ll just buy them. She scanned through the shoes and asked the usual “would you like to purchase some socks” no thanks “would you like some shoe protection spray” no thanks. She then asked for my email and all my personal details and signed me up to the mailing list without asking if I wanted to. (I was fine with just a paper receipt) then this is where is gets so unprofessional, she said to me “oh sorry we don’t have anymore black bags for but you can purchase these Xmas gift bags for $2” obviously I’m not going to walk around the mall carrying a shoe box so I said yeah sure. The other staff member that was working was at the other till serving another customer and the staff member serving me looked at her and said under her breath “ I just told her there’s no black bags so she’ll buy this one, wait till she leaves” and laughed. I didn’t want to say anything because I’m not good when it comes to confrontation so I ignored it. When I walked out and turned around I seen her give the other customers the free black bags to carry their shoes in. Although it’s only $2 and I can definitely afford it I’d hate to know how many other people shes doing this to. It is the Christmas season and money is tight for others so this is extremely unprofessional and conniving of her. Her name is Halamehi, shame on you girl

Thank you kukena for your awesome customer service purchased some new Tommy Hilfiger sneakers and are new era NY beanie she was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend shoppers to ask for her :)
