These guys are brilliant. Last Xmas I contacted Exceed through their web site. 2hrs later [on a Friday afternoon] they called to say they have passed on the enquiry. 1.5hrs later Paul phoned & booked a date to come to do the repair [3days b4 Xmas!!]. Technician was on time, very polite, friendly & in & out in less than 30mins! Can't buy service like this any more. Highly recommended.

I'm so glad we called these guys, our old ranch sliders were tired and stiff and needed a tune up. Doors are running very smoothly now. Thanks guys.

I am re-doing my review of this company, following a call back.Following the work done on the ranchslider, we noticed that the door started to jam up against the rails, therefore it needed the rollers to be repositioned.We called the installer who fitted the rollers to come back and realign them.The service agent returned and realigned the rollers, checked that the doors fitted correctly and tested the locks, all good.So no complaints, this is the service that I would expect.****We contacted our local Exceed franchise to repair a few windows fittings.After waiting the allocated number of weeks, the man and his offsider arrived. He seemed very stressed and in a rush to complete our work saying that he was very very busy. He then proceeded with the work but sadly broke two panes of our tinted obscure glass, but said that he would come back and make the repairs which was great.While it was disappointing, these things happen, it is how you attend to the problem which is more important than the actual problem.After numerous calls and texts, the last telephone conversation I had with him, he said that he was very very busy on other jobs and he hasn't had the time to pick up the glass. He finally came yesterday, so it has all been repaired three weeks later.I would have thought that in business it would be standard policy that if you damaged something in the process of your work, your highest priority would be to repair the damage before attending to any other work.Or maybe I am old school, or am I being over pedantic?To make things worse he could not secure the same tinted glass for the bathroom and ensuite that we had, therefore we will have to have different glass in two rooms compared to the entire rest of our home.They now say, that if they damage your property, as in if they break any glass in the process of fixing a window, it is in their agreement they you have to pay for that repair.My biggest complaint is that we had to wait three weeks for them to come back and replace the glass they broke.Finally the work has been completed, which looks okay apart from having obviously different untinted obscure glass in adjacent rooms, as he says you cannot get tinted obscure glass!
