Not really happy with their behavior. Another branch was better.

It's not like you have a choice of supplier, only location. That said, attending today, I was met in a friendly and professional manner, the tests were carried out, good after care instructions, overall good experience. I find this at all the Labtest facilities I have visited.

I really think the people there need some more training. Although I didn't comment at the time around 6 months ago I went there and was utterly appauled as a lady doing my blood test failed three times to do it properly. While being stabbed three times with the needle on one occasion she even moved it around inside to attempt to get my vain causing me to scream a bit. I left disgusted without the test even being done. I vowed never to go back.I did go back last week as it was convenient and close. There was nothing bad about it but I found absolutely no bed side manner at all in the nurse. Totally abrupt and mechanical. Not even a warning when the jab was coming.I thought on both occasions how the experience would've impacted a little kid or someone with more of a needle phobia. I think their practice needs examining.I won't go here again.

Quick Test. Staff were friendly and efficient. In and out in 5 minutes.

Great Staff, friendly and professional... Bit of a wait though (understaffed maybe) and alot of the time noone on reception so you kinda have to figure out the system and help yourself into the waiting room till someone's free

Lady really friendly at 7am this morning! Very gentle with taking blood and I really appreciated the fantastic service.

The nurse stuck the needle in my arm, filled a couple of files, I left.
