Organic Thai2Go Cromwell

The best Thai food I’ve had for along time. The flavours were outstanding and augmented by fresh organic vege which need to be tried to be appreciated.We ordered Chicken Larb, Tom Yum soup, Massaman lamb (?) curry and fried chicken balls. My personal favourite was the curry but all dishes were outstanding and highly recommended.It’s rare to find Thai food this good in NZ.

Ordered green curry fried rice with pork which cost $26.5 waited for 45 mins, waited for so long. Just when got home and ready to eat, then just realize got me wrong food as they gave me green curry with white rice instead green curry fried rice.

After doing an on-line order with Thai2Go Cromwell, Southern Organics are now spamming me with multiple e-mails every week week (some times 2+ a day!) and unsubscribing has no effect does not stop the flow of e-mails.Update 1: August 2022: After posting this bad review, the spam has stopped.Update 2: April 2023: It looks like the spam from Southern Organics has started again. Please stop and fix this anti-social behaviour!

Worst and most expensive Thai food I’ve ever had We actually throw the whole lot out except the rice which was ok

I had a meal that I check could be made vegan using their menu and choosing a meal that said it could be made vegan.I asked to sure they didn’t add fish sauce or anything from an animal egg ect.It tasted very fishy pun not intended.I took it back and they lied to my face telling me they didn’t add any fish sauce or any fish ect and they offered to replace it but acted so innocent that I didn’t bother but also felt they would still lie.Why can’t Thai food places respect their customers and instead of lying just say they can’t do vegan options.It is the most disgusting thing I have experienced and I am so disappointed.They could easily use more soy sauce, black sauce and herbs to add flavour.Also I won’t accept any excuse so before management try to pretend they don’t know what they are doing just know that vegans are the fast growing group in the world and fish actually feel pain and stress.You could ditch the fish and meat and save more money and move with the times.

Far too expensive for uncooked vegetables in a sauce / soup with minor flavour. I added chicken breast for $4 and there was about 5 small thinly cut pieces in the entire serving, probably equal to a chickens cheek. Rice was cooked well but it’s plain rice so no extra stars there. Easily the worst Sweet and sour chicken* and vegetables I’ve ever had.

Probably the best Thai cuisine I’ve had. Super friendly couple running the place. Portions are generous and food is fresh and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend.

Free delivery and best Thai we’ve had in a long time! Super fresh and flavoursome. Also love that they have cardboard packaging and not plastic :)

We got a Pad Thai and a Pad See Ew from this place. The service was good and we discovered the chef is a Thai from Bangkok. The Pad Thai was OK only but the Pad See Ew was yummy. Highly recommended.

I get the satay chicken with rice and it’s Always perfect and seems to be fair price for the region and once I tried this place I’ll never go back to the other thai place it’s a night and day difference..it really tastes like quality ingredients
