Amazing. Very professional, helpful on the phone, clear on what needs to be done. Very organised (ahead of delivery) and does as planned. We had a great experience with West Coast Appliances, the service is excellent. Lovely to deal with on phone, the installation team are also friendly and good.

This has to be the best hidden gem ever. The service is real great from the first hello to install. Took my old stove away for us.I had questions and specific requests all had answers for me or ask some else, look it on their system. I got my stove when they said I would, brought it all the way without complaints or fuss. I am really thankfull for these guys and their knowledge.Best hidden gem ever, thee best.I will be back

I had a leak in my washing machine and unsure if it was tap washer or something else, repaired quickly identified the hose was perished and replaced it with a new one and all great again.Service swift and efficient, only thing was having to wait 10 days for appointment, which shows how busy and popular they are.

I'm very satisfied with the service from the time that I booked up to completion of dishwasher repair. Honest, courteous, and friendly technician. The lady doing the booking and ringing for booking reminder was very nice to talk too! Will definitely recommend this to friends! :-)
