Level 2 measures, but was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Nice staff got me sorted out quickly.Again quick and knowledgeable service. I do recommend this office.

Returned faulty Apple ear pods with receipt to Hastings shop, told sorry ring customer service as online Purchase, contacted customer service and they refused the refund saying it has to be done in shop. So back I go again today, you guys need to get your customer service straight and stop mucking customers around!
