Very poor communication. Errors every step of the way to measure and install glass and mirror for my newly renovated bathroom. While the men who delivered the order were polite and professional the systems for actually turning up on the day promised, for organising access with the builder, and incorrect invoicing and measuring (3 attempts) left a lot to be desired. Disappointing.

A word of warning... when Viridian fail to do a job correctly, they leave you to fix the damage incurred. They had one job to do... install a glass shower door as the final step in a brand new bathroom. This was poorly installed, leaked down through the channels and behind the skirting boards resulting in LOTS of stress and repair work.They came and removed the glass and reinstalled correctly however would not compensate for any damage that resulted from the water that had been seeping out.There were many attempts to resolve the issue but the below reply was the same response given to my final two communications with Viridian.Viridian Glass visited and fixed a small leak in the shower as soon as we were notified. Once this issue was fixed there was no other damage to the bathroom.Viridian Glass Warranty documents were provided to you and we have rectified what we cover under this agreement.""
