Energy Workshop. Insulation - Ventilation - Heat & Cool - Efficiency

I dont normally do reveiws, but this company has been the worst one ive delt with.No communication, turn up half hour late, then turn up 1.5hour early no phone calls the electricians turned up with out a vurtisy call, didnt even know they were coming out.Ive had to follow everything up, my heat transfer job is still not complete and requires a 4th visit.I Paid in full over a month and a half ago. They couldn't complete job on the first date that was already over a month late. Second date the electrician still had to come back out. I called to ask when still no date or time.The most dull, rude no customer service, no friendlyness receptionist on the planet!Trying to talk to the lady was like trying to get blood out of a stone. She mumbled and wasn't clear. I didn't know if she was talking to me herself or another person in the office. I sat waiting for 20min in silence while she waited for a email reply, yet she was never clear on what was happening as she didn't talk!Still no out come and she never said bye and just hung up!The installers were fine however.So frustrated with this company.

Today I had my guttering cleaned by Caylib, Jody & Cleve and they did a great job. They were very careful working around my plants/garden. Using a vacuum system meant there was no mess. Definitely recommend this as a way to clear your guttering of leaves and weeds growing from seeds dropped by birds.

Awesome customer service and friendly staff, very reliable and can always trust they will do a good job. Definitely recommend using this business!

Healthy Homes Certs - Customer service over the phone 1/10(over promise, under deliver)Access to different departments for information over the phone was very painful.Note: I was also charged an extra $54 to make a debit card payment online.. Amazing company to deal with. They were great to organize with, including being very sympathetic to my chronic condition. Very clear communication. The boys who did the insulation were fantastic, clean and organised with all equipment. They finished fast and were great with my dog. The final inspection was done, everything was done well and to a high standard, including being shown pictures of the insulation. 5 star service.
