Since starting up my new business, Simon has been such a fantastic support. I could not have asked for a more friendly, helpful guy who knows his stuff when it comes to IT. Simon went above and beyond when my new Dell laptop broke, he provided me with a loan device and got me up and running within 2 hours. Simon is very knowledgeable, super efficient and really easy to deal with. He always answers the phone, and provides very punctual assistance. I am a business owner with some IT knowledge meaning I would often be interrupted to fix any IT issues. Now that Things Digital are onboard we are future proofing rather than fire fighting.
