There was a little miscommunication in making our arrangements that lead to a bit of a delay in getting our bikes, however the situation was resolved quickly and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The real test of customer service is the ability to respond to a difficult situation and still delight your customer. They did this superbly and I highly recommend using them.
