Brilliant place! Took our animals at short notice and weren't fazed when we turned up with only the dog as the cat had done a runner at the last minute (we found someone to feed him from home). Staff were friendly and helpful and we extended the dog's stay with no problems. Dog came home happy and healthy. Would definitely use again.

My dogs have been here several times now for short and longer visits. Have always been happy with how they are looked after and Michael is easy to communicate with, including when plans change.

While we were moving to Masterton, the kind people at Ladymead took care of our timid cat Ruby.I went to pick her up at 5.30pm Friday night, 23rd of June. SH2 is very busy at that time of day, and it was dark. I slightly overshot the entrance and had to wait quite a while until it was safe to turn in to the next side street and go back.It's only the second time I'd been there and it was quite scary with all the drivers impatient to get home after a busy week.Brighter lighting (just for winter months), a bigger sign and a turning bay would have made it easier and safer for me. I was quite scared. Fortunately I got there before 6pm and was able to collect my little girl.

Kind, careful owners.Separate cat cages are roomy, however it was not well ventilated for summer conditions.Very noisy with dogs, as it houses a lot of pets!It is a handy location (on the highway) for pick-up and drop-off.

After a settling in period my dog has/is enjoying his second home. Enters into full on conversations. Such exciting news exchanges. Sure beats the quiet/silent times we mostly have. Looking forward to seeing him again.
