Poor and insulting communication. They will make fun of money you want when you get a quote. Very disgusting. I end up going to other company and getting a better communication and deal.

Quick response. They sent a representative within a hour of calling their company. Fez was the representative. He was polite and gave me a good deal. He then paid me immediately via electronic transfer and it showed up in my account instantly. I would definitely recommend this company. Cheers

Lovely lovely people. Super helpful and sorted me out with a new rear car light straight away. I was in and out 20 minutes total and without an appointment. I only called by spontaneously after I’d seen a link to one they had for sale online - which wasn’t even the right one for my car in the end - but they found the right one for me :) Thankyouuuu!

I have left my original review two years ago (4 stars) when I first started shopping here. I have come to update it to 5 stars. This has since become my preferred Wreckers to come and buy parts from. This is due to competitive pricing and customer service being (in my humble opinion) much higher than the industry standard. I have since spent a fair amount of money here myself and have since bought additional business to them through my own networks. If you need car parts, consider making Mega Car Parts & Collection" your preferred choice too."

It was my first time dealing with a car wrecker company and this company made the process honest and efficient. I was contacted straight away after sending a quote inquiry and a date was set to look at my car. Hafeez was easy to talk to, polite and was confident in answering any questions I had. 4 stars because Hafeez forgot my appointment but he came straight after I called him. Nonetheless, I would recommend again.

Highly recommended! Very friendly and nice people! Two hints: if you find no one is answering the phone, try several times in working day morning. If you are not sure whether it can fit your car, just ask for installation. They are very good and professional!
