My toy breed dogs (2-4kg) aren’t happy here so hence 2 star..I’m speaking after one of my dogs has been here 6 times so it’s not like “I tried it once” situation. I was hoping she’d get used to it but it didn’t happen. It says “small dogs only” for the small dog space but I see many medium size dogs that bark loudly a lot in here. The staff probably don’t realise how loud that is as they hear it everyday. And my dogs couldn’t bear it. The owner kindly took my one of the dogs in to her home for a few hours because he was too overwhelmed and couldn’t handle it. When I pick them up, they were both very shaky and they don’t even look at me now at home. They are so upset that I left them there. And they were separated all day.The other dogs looked having a good time there when I picked mines up so it’s totally each to their own. My little dogs just don’t fit in here.

Just picked both my dogs up from there. Both are in great condition and have definitely come home happy. They fitted us in at late notice and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to take them back there again.

We had our puppy groomed there, wonderful grooming,and a wee bow in fur,, reasonable prices

We had our female dog stay here and told them that she was on heat when booking, they said that it was okay and they will keep her separate from the other dogs during her stay. the information was not passed on when we finally had her taken in and little more than 2hrs or so I had a phone call from them and told our dog had tied with another male dog. (fortunately that dog was neautered) they asked again if she was on heat, but this was already explained at the start when we booked. We then picked our dog up after her stay and they charged us $50 extra for this incident! Which was demanded from the male dogs owner but passed onto us, instead of kimmys k9s absorbing the cost for their own neglect!! Avoid this kennel at all costs!!! Will not be having our dog stay here again.

Great place to take our dogs for grooming. They always return well cut and smelling great. We have tried other places but kimmeys has been the best groom and value for money.

I've been going to Savannah at Kimmys for years. She doesn't just groom your dogs, she cares about them and has alot of knowledge.

Unfortunately I believe the training to deal woth things is lacking you claimed you sit there an untangle mats on dogs and charge 20 for it nothing online stating suchU also ask 20 for “Medicated bath”. With no saying what it is but online its only $10Ao all that ontop of the fee of $70.You didnt give my boy a haor cut u gave him an absolute butcher of a crew bizz cut

Highly recommend,left our lovely fluffy under their care for months for personal reasons.Fluffy is way calmer and showed us few tricks ,also he is well groomed .He is a different dog now ,in a good way.He used to be anxious ,but now he is so easy going.Looks healthy as well.Thanks so much to the staff ♡♡♡at Kimmys and special mention to Jesse♡♡♡From the bottom of our hearts ,thank you so much

So happy we found this place. Our puppy came back happy after spending a day with them. You can make out by their behaviour if they enjoyed their stay. He smelt good as well, in other places he used to come back stinky. You can tell they maintain this place well. Happy to recommend them to any dog parents.Their pricing is reasonable as well.
