Not very helpful, came across quite snappy and rude

I have been going to Artisan Brown hair design for more than 10 years now . Karin is one of the most skilled , knowledgeable, talented and friendly hairstylists I have ever dealt with . Regardless of the fact that I do not die my hair anymore ,I have a regular wash , treatment and a blow dry . She will always find the right words to make me feel beautiful and special and make sure she gives me the best advice when it comes to my hairstyle choices and hair products to use .Karin and Jason are not only skilled professionals but very kind people , too. They genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to make them feel special and appreciated -thank you guys - you rock ! ( and thank you for my lunch today ) - just what I needed x

Amazing little hairsalon. Staff are friendly , humorous and very professional. Had all my hair cut off for the first time in 40 yrs. They did a great job . Well done. +AAA
