We recently engaged this company for a caravan Electrical WOF .Their standard charge of $224.25 was way over the top when the norm is around $70. They were given a chance to rectify this charge but declined.

Turned up the next day with a pop up fuse. 30 second job. Took longer for him to find my house. Cheer full though.

Was told a job would take 1.5 hrs. It took 3.5hrs. Not the tradies fault, there was a wiring issue in the house and in the (quite expensive) part I bought from bunnings. Hourly rate is reasonable, but $650 for the part and labour to replace a bathroom extractor fan seems a bit high. Maybe I'm being difficult or naive, but just a bit disappointed the electrician would not provide an email about the part (after verbal statements) so I could take it to the retailer to seek a discount.

Quick and efficient. Did a great job at a reasonable price.

My daughter employed these guys to run wiring to new switches. They cut holes through gib all over the wall, took out architraves to cut through head bearers. They said they did it to drill holes for the wiring. However the holes were already cut and had draws in place through pre-existing wiring holes. All that had to be done was draw the wiring and connect it. They also 'offered to take away the water heater for you' for an addition charge of 30 bucks. The copper in the heater was worth at least twice that amount. In my opinion they were just creating work so they could charge up. I would not trust this company at all.
