Helen helped me where my GP and a highly recommended herbal practitioner were not able to. While my blood tests showed everything was 'fine' I was troubled by symptoms of chronic fatigue - sore glands, sore throat, temperatures, brain fog, exhaustion. Helen's herbs cleared up my symptoms. I really recommend seeing Helen, she's smart, she's science-informed, and she's pragmatic. Nice work Helen. Thank you!

I had a great session with Helen. I was a little worried about hypnotherapy (as I'd had a bad experience in the past) but she was so patient, explained the process very clearly and was super calming. I found her session to be very helpful to me. Would recommend.
